DJ Virman
Power 106 KPWR Los Angeles, Far East Movement
Over the years, DJ Virman continued to make an indelible reputation for himself by being the official DJ for Knocturnal alongside Chingy, Ludacris and David Banner in the Chicken and Beer Tour; and as the Stage DJ serving up smashing beats for Powerhouse artists like Outkast, Kanye West, and Mariah Carey to name a few. DJ Virman became the talk of the town in 2004 with his Cornerstone mixtape 59, impeccably melding the freshest and hottest tunes that once again merited him as one of the most talented Djs to boot. His talents and techniques not only spans within the United States; in 2005, he tapped the unpredictable urban Japanese market when he was sought out to tour several cities in Japan to perform at major hotspots. Japan responded positively to his music by supporting his mixes, with eleven mixtapes currently being circulated around the country. 2006 found DJ Virman creating a buzz around the Manila hiphop scene as he toured the hottest clubs dishing out his exceptionally-mixed tracks one after another. This fueled the clamor for him even more as he flew back twice that year for much-awaited repeat performances.
With his presence in the team, DJ Virman along with Far-East Movement found themselves being featured a number of times on MTV Chi and MTV News that has gained them thousands of followers nationwide. Their packed performances in clubs and shows such as the Louis Vuitton Film Festival in Hawaii and in various states such as Florida, Texas, Arizona, and even over seas in countries like Hong Kong, Brazil, Singapore, Macau, Korea, and Holland only prove this collaboration to be the most exciting yet for DJ Virman's climactic career. There is nothing but fond anticipation for this squad, they are dropping their first album in Japan under Avex.
Expect more sweltering mixtapes guaranteed to burn them dancefloors, the hottest and in-the-now beats ever to hit the scene and more wired performances from him and the Far-East Movement guys with hits certified to top the charts very, very soon.
